Refund Policy

At TriWise, each training plan is uniquely crafted based on the information you provide. Because of the personalized and digital nature of our service, we maintain the following refund policy:

All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase is completed and your athlete questionnaire has been submitted, your training plan will be custom-built. As such, we do not offer refunds for any plan tier (Foundation, Performance, or Pro-Level Guided).

Exceptions (Plan Correction Guarantee)
If you believe that:

Your plan does not reflect the information you submitted, or

You received the wrong plan tier or delivery format, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

We will:

Review your submitted details, and

Offer a corrected version of your plan, free of charge, if the issue was on our end.

Additional Notes
Plans that include revisions (Performance and Pro-Level Plans) can still be adjusted within the included limits.

No refunds will be granted due to a change in personal goals, injury, schedule conflicts, or perceived lack of motivation.
